“I can simply say studying abroad has been an amazing experience. Being a native New Yorker, much of my world was relegated to how far the MTA ran. Yet, after finally traveling to London, this mentality has changed, and now the world is mine to explore.

Being in London has been great! Whether it is seeing Big Ben or making it all the way to the London Tower, I find myself saying, "Am I really here?" Yet, this feeling only intensifies when one comes to the realization that, London (as beautiful as it may be) really isn’t the only place to see, and it is at that point that you can’t help but smile when you look at a map and say, "Where do I feel like going next?"

Aside from the travel, the academic aspect of study abroad can’t be ignored.  With science classes made up of 15 people, professors who double as the recitation teacher and lab teacher, and small group activities that fester intellectual communities, you will actually enjoy class, which is something that can be hard to come by.  I have no regrets about my decision to study abroad and my advice to everyone is simply: Apply!”
